Ashiyana is the ever-evolving manifestation of our sincere passion to help, inspire, and encourage people on their own health and wellness journeys. From humble beginnings as a tiny Yoga retreat centre in quiet North Goa in December 2006, Ashiyana has evolved into what it is today: a global support network with far-reaching beneficial effect. We provide a variety of services to help others flourish and live their best lives, including a wellbeing app, wellness retreat centres, training courses, detox programmes, yoga and wellbeing experiences, social and environmental projects, and more. The workers, customers, and pets thrive because they feel like they're part of a family with shared daily lives. The manner Ashiyana presents herself has changed over time, but the substance of what we give remains the same: compassion, trust, honesty, and a dedication to individual empowerment. We frequently inquire about our visitors' experiences with us (many of whom return on a regular basis), and what we always hear is that Ashiyana feels like their "home away from home" – we believe this is because we view Ashiyana as an ever-evolving family of like-minded people.
