Art of Living Ashram

The Art of Living, founded in 1981 by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, is an educational and humanitarian organisation focused on stress management and service projects. The organisation has impacted the lives of approximately 370 million individuals in 152 countries across the world. The seminars are governed by Sri Sri's peace philosophy: "We cannot attain world peace unless we have a stress-free mentality and a violence-free society."
